(ATI) is a service-oriented export trading company providing domestic and international companies the opportunity to import and export products to new and existing markets.  ATI exports USA food and beverages to over 80 markets worldwide.

 

We are looking for a Global General Manager (GGM) responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s operational processes, including international sales, supply chain, logistics, and regulatory compliance. The Global General Manager plays a strategic role in scaling the business by enhancing global competitiveness. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives in departments such as Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, and Finance.
  • Direct & manage department heads to foster a high-performing leadership team including any needed change management
  • Staying on track for company goals, top & bottom line as well as company profitability. 
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans, procedures, including S&OP’s that align with the company’s overall vision.
  • Evaluate, Analyze, and Optimize internal systems & operations 
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase margins.
  • Collaborate with the COO and leadership team in setting and driving organizational vision and operational strategy.
  • Implement systems and technology for improved reporting, traceability, and operational transparency, efficiencies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a 3–5-year business plan incorporating forecasting, demand planning, ROI optimization, and strategic growth initiatives. 
  • Evaluate and optimize internal software platforms to enhance efficiency, performance and user experience across teams.
  • Demand planning & forecasting, efficiencies of pricing, maximizing manufacturing capacity / allocation
  • Responsible for creating and managing budgets, controlling costs and expenses, and conducting profitability analysis to support financial efficiency and business growth.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required. 
  • At least 15 years of experience in operations, leadership, preferably in food export or FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of international trade, SAP platform, and supply chain logistics.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in scaling operations and expanding into new markets.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 

 

What you’ll be paid:
Commensurate with experience, you will be paid $150,000 – $175,000 annually.  
 
ATI provides full-time employees with a range of benefits, including, bonus, 100% paid medical for employees, dental, vision, life insurance, voluntary benefits, and flexible spending accounts, matching 401k, profit-sharing, plus thirteen days of accrued PTO per year, eight (8) company paid holidays, including a Floating Holiday, and a performance-based hybrid schedule.
