(ATI) is a service-oriented export trading company providing domestic and international companies the opportunity to import and export products to new and existing markets.  ATI exports USA food and beverages to over 80 markets worldwide.

 

We are looking for a Pricing & Order Management Coordinator to support the sales team in processing orders and generating prices for new opportunities. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and clean up sales quotes from a designated region. 
  • Manage deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the tickets are delivered on time and within approved margins. 
  • Keep track of orders of a high-volume account and update report and status. 
  • Work as a liaison between Sales Team, and Supply Chain Team. 
  • Make constant updates and improve the Team’s dashboard via Power Bi. 
  • Constantly look for process improvements and escalate to management. 
  • Creates Sales Quote and pro forma invoices for new items and reorders from customers.  
  • Creates P&L using system generated form = FOB + Margin + Freight Costs + Label + Operational Expense. Calculate Profit Margin based on CNF and maintain minimal margin % requirements. 
  • Maximize the profitability of every order by conducting a full analysis of the order and assure optimization of routing while minimizing overall costs. 
  • Requests freight rates from Logistics department to determine CNF price to customers.   
  • Report any discrepancies and updates in SAP (especially pricing related issues) to BPM External Team.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
  • 1-3 years of accounting operations to include, all aspects such as accounts receivable and accounts payable, basic reconciliation, journal entry, and other such financial transactions, or any similar combination of education and experience.
  • Must be proficient in MS office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge with ERP systems preferred fundamental understanding of SAP.

 

What you’ll be paid:
Commensurate with experience, you will be paid $55,000 – $65,000 annually.
