As a Bartender with our Flagship group, you will be completing the duties & tasks below:

• Welcome/greet guests and know regular guests by name
• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.
• Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner; maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Know and inform guests about specialty drinks, as well as answer questions about food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services
• Maintain cash bank and follow established procedures
• Responsible to maintain a clean and safe work area
• Ability to deliver drink orders to each guest in a timely, and efficient manner
