- Build and maintain relationships with members of the communities served by LRCHC.
- Plan, develop, implement and organize outreach programs and events that advance the mission and goals of LRCHC.
- Create content for social media, newsletters (via email and postal mail), and the LRCHC website and other marketing applications.
- Work in coordination with the various LRCHC staff to ensure that all personnel are aligned with campaign purpose(s) and timelines.
- Greet patients and visitors and provide them with necessary instructions regarding their insurance benefits, insurance co-pays, medical record requests, etc.
- After meeting with patients and visitors, updating both insurance and demographic information in all programs.
- Learn the patient registration process to serve as a back up to the receptionist as needed.
- Work together with other tribal entities/programs, county and local organizations and the state Health Department(s) to coordinate and improve effective outreach and enrollment activities.
- In collaboration with the IT Department, create and maintain data collection tools including required monthly, quarterly and annual reports. In addition, provide leadership with data on the market trends, customer preferences and competition.
- Work within a set budget for all events and campaigns.
- Participate in peer learning opportunities and attend local and regional meetings as a representative of LRCHC whenever possible.
- Provide back up to the front desk personnel as needed, including answering phones, scanning and faxing, and other office duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Licenses, Certification and Experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration (Preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Twelve (12) months of work experience involving applicable knowledge, skills, and abilities to adequately address the required functions of this position.
A valid Washington State driver's license is required and must be eligible for the Colville Tribes vehicle insurance and maintained throughout employment.
A background check will be required with clearance maintained throughout employment.
Tribal member and Indian and veteran preference will apply.
Working Conditions
LRCHC has ADA compliant facilities. This position requires standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching and stooping for extended periods of time. Travel to the other health clinic site and/or Tribal Headquarters may be required. May require lifting of 15 – 50 lbs.
