Responsibilities: The Animal Care Supervisor is a working leadership position that provides direct supervision of employees and coordination of daily operations directly related to a free flighted aviary housing 19 different species of birds in a beautiful, heavily landscaped setting as well as white-crested laughing thrushes, lesser sulpher-crested cockatoo, Prevost's squirrel, northern tree shrew, herps, and additional species as identified. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field and three years of experience in a zoological setting are required. Operant conditioning experience is preferred.
