Job Summary

Partner with the site leadership team to drive the continuous improvement agenda and deliver a step change in EBITDA through the site. Work collaboratively with the team to build and deliver financial plans. Responsible for delivering fast and accurate performance reporting, and for ensuring robust financial and operational controls are in place.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand Kettle’s EBITDA goals and Everett’s contribution to them.
  • Working with the site leadership team, build plans that deliver a step change in EBITDA through the site
  • Design and deliver daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting with a clear focus on driving improved performance and delivering commitments
  • Develop and track an improved set of KPI’s
  • Develop effective loss analysis and work cross-functionally to drive the continuous improvement agenda. Ensure a robust productivity pipeline is in place
  • Strengthen the S&OP process to see issues and opportunities further out and reduce firefighting
  • Deliver insight through analysis. Identify issues and opportunities to do better
  • Evaluate capital investment proposals and track capital spending
  • Help the team manage costs. Use different tools and techniques to identify waste and challenge spend.
  • Ensure robust controls are in place across the business
  • Build financial acumen across the site by training and developing all levels
  • Management, coaching and development of Financial Analyst
  • Master Kettle’s ERP systems and ensure the site’s needs are catered to as the business updates the system and develops new ways of working.
  • Contribute to the site leadership team beyond the Finance agenda. Lead cross-functional projects and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, preferably with a medium to large enterprise and preferably including experience as a Site/Plant Controller
  • Experience in Food preferred
  • Bachelors or graduate degree in Business or related discipline
