We are currently seeking an IT Desktop Support Specialist with Chrome Enterprise and SCCM experience to join our team.
If you have Chrome Enterprise experience this is an exciting opportunity to help guide the IT team as we move to Chrome OS throughout the global organization. The right candidate should also have experience utilizing SCCM for software deployments and for maintaining a Windows PC environment.
You will be part of the global IT team, but the sole IT member in our new Maumee location. The IT Desktop Support Technician's role is to provide a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance. Some travel (less than 10%) is required. We are a high-demand/high-volume call center environment We are 24/7 operations so on-call rotation outside of normal business hours will be required.
