One Line Job Description:

Provide support to the Outreach Pastor and ministry team for programs, projects, and fellowship that impact Kingdom transformation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist Outreach Pastor in planning and administrative support of evening and weekend events, classes, projects and mission trips
  • Attend team meetings, take notes and do follow ups as requested or needed
  • Track and record monthly advocate reports
  • Track and request financial reports, ministry reports and prayer requests from partners
  • Create, request and manage communications coverage
  • Maintain the Community Outreach Facebook page, newsletter, and webpage
  • Ensure Launching Point Outreach materials are updated
  • Submit Partner Champions, Partner Advocates and Global Partners for weekly prayer list and Volunteer of the Week
  • Prep materials, set up tables and connect with leaders for weekend events

Other Duties:

  • Prepare needed reports and correspondence
  • Prepare monthly credit card expense reports for team members
  • Prepare purchase orders and check requests as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements
  • Active “All In Partner” at Pantano Christian Church
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in office-related computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and MailChimp
  • Proficient in online applications, communication, email, and calendar tools
  • Experience with database software
  • Ability to work productively without direct supervision
  • Ability to work well and collaborate with team members, volunteers, and other staff
