Residential Youth Counselor-We currently have full-time positions available in our Residential Program. This program serves youth ages 12-20, who are receiving mental health treatment. We are looking for responsible, trustworthy people of good character who want to help others. Responsibilities of the position include: engaging in activities with youth, supervision of youth, behavior management, role modeling, transporting residents, documentation and various other duties as assigned. 

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Illinois Drivers’ License and comply with all pre-employment screenings and background clearances. This would be a perfect opportunity for recent bachelor level graduates in the human services field to gain hands-on experience. Mental health experience is helpful. At minimum, must have a high school diploma or equivalent and willing to work 2^nd or 3^rd shift. Most positions have every other weekend off.
