Sales and Marketing Specialist
Job Details

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will promote Skeeter’s products to existing and prospective customers through strategic use of Skeeter’s website and social media platform. Interact with sales and management team to ensure that communications reflect the brand of the Company accurately. Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing material to support the growth and expansion of the Company.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for the planning, organization, setup, and break down of trade shows.
  • Will become knowledgeable in all aspects of our product to serve as a member of the sales team.
  • When other members of the sales team are unavailable, this position shall coordinate customer relations and scheduling at the factory
  • Will regularly post to social media platforms recent deliveries, operations at the factory, trade shows, and other events as deemed necessary
  • Will monitor messages, comments, and feedback on all applicable social media platforms at all times, especially outside normal work hours.
  • Will provide an appropriate and timely response to any questions, comments, or concerns on Skeeter Social media Platforms.
  • Shall regularly update pictures and data on the website
  • Will produce, as necessary, additional graphic sales materials for shows, presentations, or dealer support.
  • Will take bi-weekly production pictures, distribute the pictures to appropriate sales staff, and post the pictures in an organized manner to Skeeter’s website.
  • Must be dependable and self-motivated
  • Goal oriented, positive attitude approach
  • Experience in social media marketing
  • Experience with basic website design
  • Experience in customer relations
  • High proficiency with time management
  • Basic understanding of photography and videography
  • Some travel required
  • Availability outside of normal office hours
  • Possess or able to obtain a Class B driver’s license.


Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Associates degree or higher in Marketing preferred
  • 2+ years relevant work experience


Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
