Adams Land and Cattle has an opportunity for a highly motivated and disciplined individual who enjoys working in a variety of trades, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, GPS, and general construction. This position is located in Broken Bow, Nebraska.
This person will be responsible for:

Providing a broad range of technical support across the business and its locations, including, but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, water, PLC/controls, GPS, and general construction.

Gaining a broad knowledge of the infrastructure and its associated structures and systems throughout the business, noting that several of these items have been internally engineered.

Completing facility preventative maintenance and repairs while utilizing Manager Plus, the management software used for documenting preventative maintenance and repair work orders.

Maintaining and repairing underground utilities (e.g. water, plumbing, electric).

Maintaining and repairing company housing.

Operating equipment, including, but not limited to: skid steer, backhoe, loader, telehandler, excavator, forklift, UTV, and dump truck.

Completing items on the Operations Project List and the Capital Expenditure List, as well as safety action items.

Working closely with project managers to define project requirements, scope, budgets, timelines, and objectives.

Coordinating and executing project plans, including, but not limited to: ordering parts/supplies, completing projects task lists, managing external contractors, developing preventative maintenance tasks and lock-out/tag-out requirements, and completing employee training post-implementation.

Cleaning and organizing of project locations, as well as parts/materials/tools storage areas and buildings.

Proposing and implementing cost savings ideas.
Ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

Commitment to safety and quality culture.

Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, water, PLC/controls, GPS, and/or general construction skills and experience.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and CAD drawings. Ability to operate/use the CAD program is a plus.

Understanding of GPS, its application and operation/use.

Experience operating multiple pieces of equipment (see above) is a plus. If no previous experience, willingness to learn is a must.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
