Intelliteach is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our fast-paced, growing company. The HRBP will support two spotlight multi-location divisions in the company.  The HR Business Partner must have a well-rounded background in human resources supporting professional services. (Experience working with IT professionals is a plus.) Critical to the role is recruiting and onboarding new hires to ensure competencies and culture fit; leadership and compliance training; working with leaders to manage performance; employee relations and fostering overall employee engagement within the divisions.  The ability to build strong relationships with the HR team, management and employees is a must. This position reports to the Director, Human Resources.

  • Minimum of five years’ HR experience is required with BS/BA degree in Human Resources preferred.
