- Degree in related field and/or 3-5 years prior banking experience
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Team oriented individual
- Excellent customer service skills
- Planning and organizational skills required
- Self-Starter – with the ability to take ownership of the customer experience
- Current AAP or NACHA certification preferred
