The Call Administrator is a new role within the organization. It is instrumental in the success of our member outreach team. You’ll help our team connect with potential members. You will handle high volume of outbound calls where you use an electronic telephonic system to connect our outreach team to potential members. You will not be responsible for selling or talking with potential members as our member engagement team does that; however, you will use our dialing system to help connect people.

You will manage daily calling task execution within the organization

Identify and execute daily strategy adjustments or enhancements to improve our member engagement outreach

Basically, you’re pushing a single button that connects people. That connection allows us to impact and improve lives!


We are looking for two new Call Adminstrators. There are two shifts we need to cover: 

6am-3pm PST (9am-6pm EST)  and 9am-6pm PST (12noon-9pm EST) There will be Saturday hours for some employees. 


  • High school diploma is required
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • High level of comfort repeating one task that makes a big impact
  • Ability to navigate new processes and technologies with ease
  • Ability to quickly report down or lag time
  • Proficient in computer technical skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Should also be able to handle task within a fast-pace environment. 
  • Ability to work effectively with different levels of management and above.  T
  • Must be able to show excellent time management skills and adaptive to change
  • A reliable high-speed Internet connection (cable, DSL or fiber) with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload


High comfort level in using an electronic dial system to make a high number of calls for our member outreach team. You will not need to have any conversations with potential members, but you will help connect people by dialing.
