Position Summary

Claims Management Resources (CMR) is a damage subrogation firm located in downtown OKC. We help our customers recover money from damages and in the process, practice our Core 4 Values: Process, Results, Culture, and Experience. These four values helped CMR achieve Top Workplace 2021! 

 

The CMR Police Reports Specialist processes property and damage claims for selected State Department of Transportations in accordance with CMR’s established guidelines and procedures. The position requires interactions with clients and employees, as well as report preparation. 

Essential Functions:

  • Reviews, selects and processes auto accident police reports associated with damage claims.
  • Verifies claims information.
  • Responds to claims adjustor requests for information.
  • Records claim information via data entry into CMR’s customized software applications.
  • Communicates with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Is cross-trained and backs up other positions within the department as needed.
Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Produces professional written correspondence
  • Accurate data Entry
  • Ability to use a 10-key machine efficiently
  • Accurate typing speed of approximately 30 – 35 wpm
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent data review and processing skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of clerical or data entry experience is required
