Essential Tasks or Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Develop and maintain project databases.
  • Possess a working knowledge of Client and Contractor communication
  • Work closely with Landscape Architects and Project Managers with Project development.
  • Preform Site survey, site analysis, base plan creation
  • Proficient use with computer graphics design software, sketch up
  • Organize and produce construction documents using CAD
  • Maintain and develop CAD construction details file.
  • Estimate and bid landscape construction projects.
  • Possess a working knowledge of landscape construction
  • Conduct Project management from design through construction implementation
  • Conduct Contractor and Client Billing as needed.
  • Assist senior landscape architects on all their job-related needs.
  • Provide own transportation, mileage reimbursed
