Responsible for developing content in support of strategic goals that engages audiences across a variety of channels to promote our brands, programs and events; using insights gained from analytics to improve engagement brand awareness and revenue growth.


  1. Serve as point person for content development for YouTube and other channels for multimedia.
  2. Take photos, capture audio and video of how-to content, daily vlogs from the lab and detail bay; create videos and write stories for use in a variety of formats across mediums (social, YouTube, etc.).
  3. Coordinate with all departments to ensure all internal and external communications adhere to our brand and company standards.
  4. Work with internal and external partners to produce video content for brand channels.
  5. Duties include all aspects of video creation, including researching, writing, shot planning, shooting, directing, editing, interviewing, and in some cases, distribution and posting.
  6. Manage vendor relationships as necessary (designers, writers, photographers).
  7. Manage the editorial calendar and stay ahead of video projects to ensure quality, current messaging, alignment with content strategy and brand standards.
  8. Manage video archives and track and maintain equipment.
  9. Manage allocated budget effectively, set forecast and update Director on usage on a monthly basis
  10. Global awareness and understanding of cultural differences as it relates to content and impact



  •  Keeps current on trends and best practices in film and photo to keep a competitive edge in the industry
  • Works regularly with Creative Services team to ensure cohesion with our look/feel, tonality and brand standards
  • Assist with other company film and photo projects as needed







  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or relation field, 7+ years’ experience in creative marketing/communications
  • Experience in creative marketing/communications,
  • CPG and/or major consumer brand experience preferred
  • Highly experienced in photography, video, and editing
  • Excellent videography and video editing skills and experience with producing documentary-style visual storytelling
  • Expert knowledge of current video and audio production equipment, technologies, and software
  • Ability to create content for various audiences in a clear, consistent, strategic manner.
  • Superior organizational, interpersonal, writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to drive results and multi-task in a collaborative, consensus-focused organization.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time and project management skills

  • Ability to sit for periods of time at a computer
  • Computer work for more than five hours per day
  • Ability to be on your feet for more than five hours per day during shoot days
  • Travel up to 50% domestically as global climate allows



  • Team will be built over time and with expansion will come supervisory duties
