Senior Account Manager, Applied Epic

Description

Job Summary: Coordinate with the Account Executive, Broker and Producer on invoicing in Applied Epic.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create client profile in EPIC and complete invoicing for all Financial Lines Practices (FLP) accounts (roughly 4000 policies that are shared with other Senior Account Manager)
    • Create demo invoices when needed
    • Work with Brokers to obtain copies of policies, binders and invoices to be saved in EPIC
  • Resolve accounting issues
    • Provide missing carrier invoices
    • Confirm premium and commission details when needed
    • Track payments from clients and to carriers
    • Obtain payment instructions if needed
  • Provide finance options when requested
  • Work with the Surplus Lines team on any filing requirements
  • Coordinate with producers and accounting on production reports
  • Handle requests for certificates at renewal or as needed
  • Support FLP brokers with questions on invoicing, taxes, return premium processes, accounting workflow questions and proper invoicing for complex deals
  • Support other Account Mangers with workflow where needed
  • Maintain FLP/ Cyber policy tracker for Executive Team
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail & time management skills
  • Proficient in EPIC and Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • EPIC experience required

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 salary range plus bonus opportunity and benefits. This information reflects the anticipated range for this position.  Actual salary may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
