Job Description

The Marketing Specialist will lead the execution and strategy behind Q4Launchs brand marketing. The Marketing Specialist will develop our digital marketing strategy and execute to drive results by monitoring analytics, identifying areas for improvement and aligning strategic priorities across multiple departments. Additionally, you will work with the senior leadership team to support various ongoing initiatives such as conference promotions, community involvement, and strategic partnership development. The overall responsibility of the Marketing Specialist is to help grow our brand by delivering strong results from our various marketing channels.

Q4Launch is an inbound marketing company that helps hospitality businesses and destination marketing organizations get found online. We convert online traffic into leads and sales. Q4Launch specializes in Internet marketing, blogging, social media marketing, hospitality marketing, eCommerce and web design.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with department heads to understand their goals and create strategic plans to deliver results.

  • Oversee the design and review of pre- and post-website and/or blog design and launch.

  • Own the creation of new lead generation and nurturing processes.

  • Coordinate with SEO team on SEO updates.

  • Communicate regularly with leadership team to keep them up to date on progress.

  • Manage email marketing and webinar marketing on appropriate schedule. Create compelling emails that drive calls to actions.

  • Monitor social media performance and communicating with Content Creators to build awareness, increase engagement and generate traffic.

  • Monitor marketing Analytics performance for website and promotional efforts and create compelling stories using the data at hand.

  • Create and lead the marketing strategy for Q4Launch. Execute content creation on the website, in promotional materials, on social media, and for new case study or white paper materials.

  • Identify channels and initiatives that are underperforming and create new strategies to improve performance

  • Promote and research areas of improvement to enhance our Q4Launch brand, reputation and efficiency on a global and community basis.

  • Own the webinar creation process including promoting upcoming webinars, scheduling viewing, and filming and editing content.

  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships within the industry and cultivate those relationships. Own the existing strategic partnership relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously while coordinating deliverables across several departments.
  • Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively independently and with a team.
  • Excellent creativity and brainstorming abilities. High energy level, problem solving capabilities and sense of humor essential.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics and WordPress highly desirable.
  • Understanding of performance reporting, marketing analytics, PPC and SEO.
  • Knowledge of online marketing services, social media and the Internet required.
