Summary: To assist in the instruction of children based upon program guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the instruction and leadership of children in a fun environment while teaching specific class requirements.
• Provide a safe nurturing environment.
• Work within an approved program budget.
• Develop new and unique program ideas.
• Assist with development and marketing of new ideas.
• Maintain a clean and safe activity room.
• Maintain and organized schedule.
• Provide positive and professional communication with customers.
• Report any problems, unsafe conditions, behavior issues and accidents to the instructor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain an organized schedule.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience: Highschool Diploma or GED required; or Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Classification: Part time, non-exempt
