Seattle's Union Gospel Mission is currently looking for a Program Administrator to join the Men's Recovery Program team in Capitol Hill, Seattle, WA.

The Program Administrator is responsible for supporting the office and operations of the Men's Recovery Program on Capitol Hill. The Program Administrator will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, which includes file/report management, development of intra-office protocols, inventory control, office volunteer staff supervision and task delegation. Work with House Manager and a team of staff to help create and maintain a safe, healing environment for men in a Christian residential program.

Shift Schedule
Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Job Duties
- Supervise all program procedures, records and schedules in collaboration with the Program Director.
- Provide direct supervision of the Health & Fitness Coach, Support Services Coordinator, SSI House Manager, and all Program Interns.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of professional-quality case management files for assigned residents in collaboration with the Program Director.
- Meet weekly with the Program Director to discuss program issues, resident challenges and opportunities.
- Record, report, and maintain required records and statistical information including input into work therapy schedules, monthly statistical reports and narratives as required.
- With the help of the House Manager, maintain an atmosphere in the dormitories that will be most conducive to safety, dignity, and cleanliness.
- Facilitate community meetings, support groups, devotions and Bible studies as necessary.
- Oversee program intake process and procedures.
- Provide organizational, spiritual, and administrative leadership to all direct reports, staff and volunteers, including hiring, training, development, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
- Work proactively with leadership team, Mission staff and ministry partners to continually develop and improve quality services provided to our guests.
- Manage, support, facilitate and review the work of direct report(s) by equipping, encouraging and empowering in their specific areas of responsibilities, which includes annual and timely performance reviews on all direct reports including interns.
- Manage weekly sustenance for residents at the Son Shine Inn.
- Work with staff to ensure residents are meeting their assigned goals as it pertains to their health and fitness goals.
- Facilitate community meetings, support groups, devotions and Bible studies as necessary.
- Maintain a positive, pleasant, professional Christian attitude. Work with other staff to forge and model transparent and supportive Christian relationships which will serve as a leadership example for recovery program residents, volunteers and interns.
- Work effectively with colleagues throughout the Mission's organization to achieve ministry objectives, maintaining good communication and working relationships
- Attend and participate in all Mission, Division and Department meetings and trainings, as required.
- Update and maintain the Clarity database.
- Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
