We are seeking a client facing Account Executive to develop, retain and accelerate revenue growth in the New York area. Individuals will be responsible for  both customer retention and new business development.

  • Emphasis on New Business Development. (hunting)

  • Become a solution partner and trusted advisor to clients

  • Work with KK Sales team and senior management on long term selling strategies

  • Commitment to planning key activities conducive to growth.

  • Sell, identify and qualify sales opportunities, via phone and customer visits

  • Qualification and follow-up of sales leads developed through KK marketing efforts

  • Prospecting for both business (IT strategy, business intelligence) and technology consulting professional services engagements (outside of KK’s existing client base) in small to mid-market

  • Expand existing client relationships to sell additional solutions and services

  • Preparation of proposals and technical Scopes of Work (SOW)

  • Initiate and develop new sales leads

  • Development and execution of go-to market programs in conjunction with marketing and solution groups in order to achieve individual solution strategy and revenue objectives

  • Travel required


  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Skill in consultative sales and experience in legal IT space is preferred
  • Sales oriented focus with consultative experience in IT is preferred
  • Requires excellent communication capabilities and ability to drive sales engagements independently at said levels of contact inside law firms and corporations
  • Demonstrated ability to drive C-Level sales communication and business development strategies
  • Formal sales training and/or certifications in Strategic Sales, Solution Selling and/or the Challenger Sales Model is preferred
  • Proven track record of sales performance and business development strategic thinking
  • Pro-active, self-starter with excellent time management and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for technology, people, and processes
  • Must have an extreme hunger to be successful and do whatever it takes to win
  • Must comprehend technology and how technology enables business productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
