Subcontractor Requirements

Each subcontractor must complete a subcontractor application and provide the following: 

• Signed agreement
• Signed warranty
• W9
• BWC certificate
• Insurance Certificates (general liability, business auto liability, employers liability) - this must be emailed directly to us from your insurance company
• Background check and VCC form for each person who will perform the work
• List of services that you provide (drywall, painting, carpentry / remodeling, flooring, etc)

Working Conditions

• May work in cramped spaces
• May work in various elements of weather
• Travel to job sites in personal vehicle (company vehicle may or may not be an option)

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, standing, kneeling and heavy-lifting
• Bending and twisting of body
• Repeating the same movements
• Be physically active for long periods
