Summary / Objective
This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Human Resources Department, as well as supporting the responsibilities of the VP, Director of Human Resources which include (but may not be limited to): recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance records, reports, supply ordering, postage management, Board portal/administrative support, and assisting with the MutualOne Charitable Foundation. After the initial training period, time to be determined, this will be a hybrid role.
Experience & Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources; or equivalent experience in the human resources field.
- Knowledge of federal and state human resources policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of employment and other labor laws.
