Our Make Ready Crew assists our customers with everything from basic housekeeping duties to fire and water restoration. As a Make Ready Crew Member, you are a key team member responsible for the restoration of valuables that have been damaged by water, smoke, fire, debris, or other methods of damage. 


Carpet Tech leads the service industry for all types of floor cleaning (carpet, tile, wood, concrete, natural stone, etc.), carpet stretching & repairs, disinfecting, and fire/ water restoration.

The following statements describe the principal functions of this job and its scope of responsibility but should not be considered an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.

  • Perform basic housekeeping duties for our customers.
  • Specialized cleaning of contents with smoke and/or fire damage
  • Specialized cleaning of contents with water damage
  • Assist our Fire Restoration Crew with structure cleaning after fire/smoke damage.
  • Providing quality services to return our customer’s homes to pre-loss status.

  • High School diploma (or G.E.D.)
  • 3+ years of make-ready experience preferred, but not required.
