Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant program and current certification. • Maintains CPR certification.
- Knowledge of the healthcare field and medical specialties.
- Understanding of information that needs to be conveyed to patients and families.
- Experience in a PC/Windows environment.
- Familiarity with Allscripts EHR and PM systems is a plus.
