Scope of Role
  • Willy’s Mexicana Grill’s Team Members (TMs) are responsible not only for the operations of a restaurant, but also product knowledge, responsible food portioning, and Above and Beyond Guest Service- functions that are supported by Willy’s management family .  In addition to the demands of the business, TMs must aspire to seek  development with Willy’s policies in the form of completion of Willy’s training and working harmoniously to fulfill Willy’s mission to deliver flavor-filled food to the community.

    Your success will be measured by your ability to give stellar Above and Beyond Guest Service, arrive promptly to work, and share positive vibes.

You will be committed to support all restaurant operations with a positive and constructive attitude– we hire for attitude and teach for aptitude because our people are everything to us!
  • BRING IT! In showing only you’re a game by supporting the team on tasks including but not limited to restocking, cleaning, and setting up all areas for success in a timely manner while keeping constant communication with management.
  • Proactively participate in FUELED BY FUN Taco Talks that encourages and recognizes performance, anniversaries and birthdays that informs the entire team on daily goals and challenges ahead
  • Be QUALITY CRAZED when cooking and preparing food accurately by following recipe cards, supporting and following safety, sanitation, and security standards outlined by Willy’s.
  • Passion for creating Hero Moments.
  • Operation of cash register and POS system.
  • Willingness to operate restaurant equipment (including but not limited to Fryers and Grills).
  • Willingness to understand and follow health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
  • Capability to reach, bend, stoop, scrub equipment and lift 50 pounds multiple times per shift.
  • Capability to walk and stand during the entire shift.
  • MOST IMPORTANTLY: The DESIRE to have fun on the job!
