EDUCATION
The Facilities Director will have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Completed training courses in repair, construction and equipment installation of various mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, boilers, air conditioners, compressors and generators is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
The Facilities Director will have a minimum of one year experience working in a maintenance/plant related supervisory position. It is preferred that the Facilities Director have a minimum six month experience in a nursing home, hospital, home health agency or other health care facility.
