Primary Purpose: The Assistant Coach must be an advisor, teacher, role model and leader.
Reporting: Reports directly to the Head Football Coach, Executive Director of Football Operations, and either the Offensive or Defensive Coordinator depending on the position coached.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assistant Football Coach
- Practice and Game Preparation and Planning
- On-Field Coaching
- Public Relations
- Student-Work Supervision
- Recruitment of Athletically and Academically qualified student-athletes
- Running meetings with determined position group and instruction of scheme and technique
- Leadership Development
- Professional Development
Any additional duties as assigned by head football coach or other superiors.
