Constant Aviation, one of the country’s largest maintenance, repair and overhaul businesses (MROs) is seeking a team-focused, proactive Project Manager. - Plan and coordinate assigned aircraft projects
- Effectively Coordinate with maintenance resources to ensure project priorities are on schedule to meet customer commitments
- Provide guidance to dedicated teams enabling project success and organizational growth
- Tracks and assist in facilitating customer workflow through the shop, and maintains constant customer contact to keep them advised of progress
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Effectively coordinate with all intercompany divisions to ensure committed delivery schedules are met
- Effectively coordinate with third party vendors to ensure agreed upon service completion date is met
- Effectively work with Operations and other functional teams to ensure project progression is accurate for customer updates
- Ensure that assigned personnel follow all FAA, Quality, Safety and Security procedures
- Conduct employee reviews in a timely manner
- Coordinate with Operations Manager on project flat rates to ensure efficiencies are achieved
- Coordinate aircraft delivery process execution
- Assist in reviewing project invoices to ensure accurate customer billing
- Additional duties as assigned
