  • Generate Positive and Professional Attitude
  • Responsible for Answering and Returning Merchant Calls
  • Assemble Documents – for Held Merchant Accounts
  • Type and Prepare Retrieval Letters for Merchant’s
  • Daily Monitoring and Notifying of Held Merchant Accounts
  • Reviewing Merchant Documentation to Verify Legibility
  • Preparing Merchant Account Holds for Review
  • Scanning Chargeback Documentation
  • Stamp and Mail Chargeback Related and Miscellaneous Items
  • Decision Making – On a Regular Basis, Exercises Good Judgment and Assumes Responsibility for Decisions, Having a Positive Impact on Merchant’s
