The Shuttle Driver/Attendant position is focused on providing excellent customer satisfaction in a dynamic tourism environment. The Shuttle Driver/Attendant will safely provide transportation to and from Sedona resorts to the Pink Jeep Plaza for customers taking a tour. This position will also be responsible for miscellaneous office errands and general assistance to internal staff, including managers, Service Center, Reservations, Guides, and Store.


  • Provide exemplary customer service while picking up customers at Sedona resorts using the Pink Jeep Shuttle; safely transport the customers to the Pink Jeep Plaza on time for their tour. Return customers to their resorts after their tour.
  • Maintain radio contact with the Customer Service staff for changes to pick-ups and drop-offs and for any necessary errands.
  • Stock the Plaza break room and restrooms with supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, cups, plates, utensils, cleaning supplies, etc.) by pulling supplies from storage as needed.
  • Routinely check-in with the Support office to run errands as needed between the various Sedona Office locations.
  • Confirm initial customer pick-up times for the following morning at the end of each day.
  • Deliver PJT brochures to hotels and resorts as requested.
  • At the end of each day, thoroughly clean the shuttle bus or Jeep, both inside and out.
  • Clean the Jeep blankets at the laundromat at least monthly.
  • Deliver dirty towels in bags from the Ramada, Service Center and Cottage to the bin at the Shop.
  • Deliver clean towel bags and towels from Service Center to the Ramada.
  • Empty trash containers and tidy-up at the wash bays at the Service Center daily.
  • Other duties as requested by management.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES (when maintenance personnel not available)

  • Provide back-up and assist the Passenger Coordinator in trash removal around the Plaza, including the public restrooms and offices, daily.
  • Clean Ramada and Plaza as needed.
  • Take items to recycling as needed.
  • Salt walkways during winter as needed.


  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
  • At least 25 years of age with an excellent driving record
  • Good communication skills to interact with customers and staff
  • Effective time management, prioritization and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Professional conduct
  • Good team player who is self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Experience working in the hospitality industry preferred


This position requires mobility up to 12 hours per day that includes walking, climbing, sitting while driving, and assisting passengers in and out of the vehicle as necessary. Some of the duties also require pushing, pulling, reaching, and stacking. This position requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
