Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for providing high quality; provider relationship experience, member experience and ancillary services to our Clinical Department. The Clinical Operations Coordinator will follow established policies and procedures for coordinating member, provider and Clinical Department services. Ensures all services will be conducted in a prompt, professional, and accurate manner to ensure members, providers and clinical department receive quality-focused service.


In this role, the Clinical Operations Coordinator will get to: 

  • Lead the coordination and completion of all e-requests for member related assignments; Provide content reporting support.
  • Serve as an operational contact person for care coaches, members and providers; functioning across departments for customer care
  • Maintains a strong team-oriented work environment and contribute to productivity; Support innovation, improvement, and business process design; Help to strengthen end to end operational efficiency and facilitate improvement activities 



  • High school diploma
  • Two years of experience in a customer service environment which included data entry and high-volume task-oriented duties 
  • One of these years with experience in health care
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and health care documentation systems is required;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and courteously 
  • Ability to effectively interact at all organizational levels
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for providing excellent customer experience
  • A reliable high-speed Internet connection (cable, DSL or fiber) with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload




  • Associates degree in health care
  • Appointment scheduling experience
  • One to two years’ experience high volume task environment
  • Remote work experience
  • Medical/Front Office assistant certification

Hours: This role is a remote role that requires you to work 8-5 in timezone.
