Qualifications for Business Analyst:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
Additional Work Experience
Five (5) years’ work experience in systems or business analysis including problem solving, project management, trend analysis and the creation of presentation materials.
Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems and processes to enable execution of those skills.
- Thorough expert knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Power Point and other comparable products for graphics and presentations, flow charts, and data base applications. Working knowledge of SQL, Oracle or equivalent querying tools.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
