SUMMARY:
Assist IT department in creating solutions and solving complex problems. Help facilitate W&F staying in Compliance with all regulatory bodies, by bridging the gap between understanding laws, along with client expectations and applying them daily to all our job duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build solutions that process data, deliver communications, and support payment being made.
Design, develop, test and launch solutions into production.
Development technologies including REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and more.
Introduction to Active Directory, Networking and Telephony.
Practice holding and running meetings and projects.
Respond to all e-mails and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
Demonstrate excellent attendance and time management.
Remain professional and confidential in all information disclosed.
Perform all other related work as assigned by supervisor.
LOCATION
Location of this position is the Corporate Office in Rock Hill, SC
EXPERIENCE
Advanced computer skills in all aspects of technology used in the company.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma and is currently studying towards a BS in a technology degree
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; Ability to write simple correspondence; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. As well as the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. As well as the ability to deal with problems involving concrete (real or tangible) variables in standardized situations. Must come to work mentally prepared for emotional challenges and have the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to teach employees how to utilize the company technology along with the ability to manage several projects at one time; Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings; Advanced knowledge of company supported applications; Ability to learn and support new applications. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
