Position Summary

The Operations Assistant is responsible for preparing reports, assists in the day-to-day operations of properties and provides administrative assistance to property manager and other management.

 

Essential Job Functions

  1. Prepares and tracks monthly sales reports/certified. Assists in budget preparation.
  2. Document tracking and filing.
  3. Provides administrative support to Property Manager and other management. Assists in day-to-day operations of the properties.
  4. Maintains assigned marketing calendar and report deadlines.
  5. Coordinates and prepares for specified center events including event plan, promotional license agreement, insurance collection and on-site coordination with vendors & merchants.
  6. Assists in merchant and vendor phone calls.
  7. Assists with circulating invoices to appropriate person for processing and payment. Obtains tenant participation for marketing activities, such as employee discount program, newsletter, center sales and promotions.
  8. Sets-up conference room for in-house meetings.
  9. Represents the company when interacting with merchants, vendors and the general public.
  10. Filing.
  11. Administrative duties.
  12. Assists in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree level of education with emphasis in Business or other related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
