High School diploma or equivalent; At least 2 years of experience managing ecommerce or organizational websites. Knowledge of any (at least two) of the following:
- Google Analytics & Data Studio
- Online event registration/ticketing platforms
- HTML, CSS, PHP for website development
- Crystal Reports, SQL for reporting
Understanding of customer data management and experience with transactional systems. An ability to learn new software as required and understand product documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Basic photo editing and proofreading skills.
Attention to detail. Ability to identify, pre-empt, and solve problems as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all divisions across a busy museum system. Understanding of the role our business systems play in delivering the mission of the History Center.
Motivation to continue learning new technologies and stay on top of industry developments.
