This is a seasonal (March through November) position. The position requires travel to "camps" throughout the state of Wisconsin. A combination of paid self-travel and transportation on mobile units will be provided. This is rewarding work, with a fun and kind team!
This position will predominantly focus on providing nursing care, prevention education, and other services as a means of reducing the risk and slowing the transmission of COVID-19 within Wisconsin’s Migrant Seasonal Agricultural Worker (MSAW) population and their employers.
Assist with the deployment of initiatives to bring education, resources and guidance to partners, agricultural farms, and migrant camps to support the MSAW’s during the COVID-19 pandemic. Will assist with COVID-19 surveillance, screenings and vaccination.
A secondary focus will be on providing similar services at FHLC onsite clinics in the absence of specific MSAW work and missions.
