Overview:
An Assistant Site Manager will assist in ensuring that daily operations of the car wash are running successfully and provide support throughout the entire wash process to guarantee a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Engage customers and sell products & services.
- Enrollment & Support of Unlimited Wash Club Members.
- Open and Close site and facilitate daily operations.
- Assist in the training of Customer Service Associates and Lead CSAs.
- Assist in coaching and role playing to effectively teach winning sales techniques.
- Conduct daily preventative maintenance program according to schedule.
- Assess, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Attend the Point-of-Sale and oversee all transactions.
- Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
- Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile.
