Location:  Lewiston Facility; 1 Riverside Drive, Lewiston MN 55952

Shift/Hours: 2nd Shift; Mondays-Thursdays 3:00pm-1:00am

Position Status: Full-Time

The Team:
Our Inventory Team plays a key role in ensuring the quality and timeliness of product provided to our customers.  It is our responsibility to receive, organize and store components and manufactured parts, ensure correct parts are picked for production jobs, sustain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory process management, and maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.

 

The Role:
This role handles the inventory needs of a variety of product lines and follows/helps create inventory control and warehousing processes to ensure the accuracy of the inventory.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

You will spend your time:

  • Stocking parts/components

  • Kitting (separate, group, package and supply parts together as one unit) work orders

  • Locating parts/components for job orders and verifying part numbers

  • Receiving parts/components

  • Issuing parts/components for production operations

  • Cycle-counting

  • Communicating with internal customers by responding to job orders

  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling

  • Ability to be on your feet for a majority of the shift

  • Ability to walk, stand, and sit

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently, and 100 pounds with assistance.

 

Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing floor

 

Travel:

  • This position may travel between all RIS facilities.

  • Infrequent travel for trainings and/or business needs may be required.
