RREAF Holdings is looking for a driven transaction closing coordinator to help manage all aspects of the closing processes on Real Estate acquisitions, land & development projects, refinances, and dispositions. Responsibilities would include assisting in tracking all aspects of the closing process, updating closing checklists and trackers, and helping oversee transactions from start to finish to ensure a successful closing. In addition, this position will also be working with our COO to update our company manual as processes and best practices evolve and information changes.

RREAF Holdings is a Real Estate investment firm with over $2B in assets under management and typically has 10-15 deals working towards closing at any given time. We have 7 different verticals within RREAF, which include existing multifamily, hospitality, and RV park acquisitions, as well as ground-up development of multifamily, hospitality, RV parks, and large master-planned communities.

Job requirements:


Bachelors degree

Ideally 2+ years experience in real estate transactions, whether on the lending, title company or sponsor side.

Excellent research, writing, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the contract to close transaction process is handled efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain checklists and update internal trackers and dashboards on the status of closings
  • Coordinate with the various internal departments, including acquisitions, underwriting, legal, capital markets & asset management
  • Communicate with lenders, title company, and all appropriate parties during the contract to close the process
  • Keep the deal team leader informed of any problems or issues as they arise and need to be addressed


Regular Work Activities

  • Oversight and tracking of contracts
  • Regular, effective communication with all the various departments and parties involved in closing to get updates and track the closing process.
  • Work with the various internal departments and COO to regularly update our company manual as needed
