Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the CPG or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, immigration regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in employee relations, benefits management, and workplace safety programs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
