Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guests who enter have valid admission tickets or season passes
- Friendly approach to customer service by greeting each guest they encounter
- Maintain knowledge of and consistently enforce the rules and regulations of the museum (including attraction requirements such as height restrictions, weight restrictions, proper riding position, etc.)
- Assist customers in safely riding attractions
- Communicate with management and other employees, including use of two-way radios
- Be attentive at all times
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
- Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
- Assist customers with all questions regarding City Museum including facility layout and amenities
- Maintain knowledge of the rules and regulations of the water park (including attraction requirements such as height restrictions, weight restrictions, proper riding position, etc.)
- Perform zone walkthrough and ensure zones are maintained to park standards
- Follow all park policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
