The Certified Peer Support Specialist is excellent at communication, teamwork, critical thinking, problem-solving, ethical reflection, and the completion of treatment plans and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency, a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Current certification as a Certified Behavioral Health Peer Support Specialist (CBHPSS) or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days.
- Must demonstrate sustained & stable recovery for a period of at least 2 years.
- Ability to pass a background check upon offer of employment
- Montana Driver License with good driving record
