What you can expect:

 

As the Manager of Physician Recruiting you are responsible for recruiting, retaining, and hiring Physicians across all of our Chicago market healthcare facilities. You will be actively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiation salaries and contracts while serving as a collaborative partner for our Chief Clinical Officer. You will have direct reports to facilitate filling all open clinical positions.

 

How you will make an impact:

 

  • Independently plan, implement, and develop recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques to adequately attract talent to Howard Brown Health
  • Monitor all job posting and ensures the absolute accuracy of all job descriptions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on what it takes to be a successful hire at Howard Brown Health based on targeted competencies and abilities 
  • Accurately ensure all offers properly go through credentialing and ensures the accuracy of all contracts in partnership with the Howard Brown legal team
  • Actively build and maintain a network within the healthcare industry to foster the engagement of passive and active applicants
  • Research Prospects: Utilizing more than just LinkedIn or Job boards, you’ll apply in-depth research techniques and strategies to find pools of top physician talent to best fit our healthcare facility partner(s) unique needs
  • Build strong relationships with clinical leadership
  • Partner with Talent Sourcing Recruiter to effectively drive physician marketing campaign efforts
  • Actively manage and coach to support the success of the entire Talent Acquisition team
  • Manage the full-cycle provider recruitment process of direct reports
What you will bring to Howard Brown Health

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of recruitment experience in Healthcare recruitment, or Associate Degree with 7 years of experience in Healthcare recruitment or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years in Healthcare Recruitment
  • Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional Certification (or equivalent certification)
