Learning: Roll with it and iterate; learn from each Math Week you plan to make the next one even better.

  • Create Math Week follow up correspondence for ESMs or EPMs to share as appropriate

  • Coordinate with Social Impact as appropriate when donor districts are involved

  • Coordinate and direct the development of collateral related to each Math Week, including email campaigns, social media assets, flyers, and more

  • Track usage and assess program success, contributing to a final recommendation for consideration by the MIND Leadership Team about the continued investment in and prioritization of Math Week

  • Provide data snapshots and key success metrics to participating districts as requested

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of professional experience, ideally in a meeting planning function

  • Experience with visual-based asset editors (HubSpot and Canva experience highly preferred)

  • Strong writing and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Forms

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven environment, even while remote

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Previous experience working or volunteering in a nonprofit setting

  • Passion for personal and professional growth with a great sense of humor!

  • Familiarity working with schools or district stakeholders a plus

  • Coordinate with external, district partners on all things logistics, including physical production lead time if requested by the district, encouraging teacher involvement, etc.

After reading about the opportunity on our team, are you more excited than you were before? Does your work reflect your commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion inside and outside of the classroom? Still saying Yes!? Then we absolutely want to talk with you!

This position reports to the Vice President of Engagement and will be a fully remote role. This is a part-time role and can be anywhere in the United States, if its not too far from an airport and you dont mind turning on your webcam to build a rapport, even from a distance. We hope this role will require up to 10-15% of travel (when the world opens back up), but the travel will be occasional when it happens again.
