Qualifications & Skills

• 25 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Passionate about the outdoors and sharing the area's beauty and history.
• Good driving record
• Pass a DOT physical, drug screen and background check
• Helpful experience includes customer service, guiding, performing, sales, teaching, entertainment, and hospitality

Compensation

• $400 Sign-On Bonus  $200 at 3 months and $200 at 6 months!
• Hourly rate plus cash gratuities!
• Paid 5-6 week training!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive a 10 passenger vehicle and open aired jeep
• Educate and entertain guiding customers to great locations and dynamic views
• Extensive training on the area's flora, fauna, geology, archology and history
• 5 day work schedule that includes weekend days
• Work up to 12 hours/day with up to 10 hours of tour time. Most Las Vegas tours are pavement, not off road and guide walks with guests to various points of interest
• Lifting, walking, bending, stooping, extreme weather conditions
