Health-Ade is seeking an experienced Commercial Planning & Operations, Senior Manager to lead and manage the planning processes defined and agreed-upon by executive management. The focus of the function is to continuously develop the effectiveness of the organization through adequate planning and measurement of the delivery against plans. The desired mode of operations in this position includes well structured, inclusive, transparent, collaborative, timely and effective processes.
The planning activities includes 1) identification and evaluation of external trends, threats and opportunities; 2) definition of the strategy, and the operational delivery of the strategy; 3) as well as the measurement and reporting of performance against the adopted plans.
Essential Job Functions
- Support Health-Ade on high-priority cross-functional projects that will drive operational improvements, solve operational roadblocks, and drive achievement of short-term and long-term business-wide operational goals
- Manage projects across organizational boundaries as a project lead through goals, deliverables, feedback, resource balancing, and timing expectations; proactively identifies complex roadblocks and addresses them
- Ability to think strategically and with a solution-oriented approach
- Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
- Set, manage and revise standards for new Commercial Opportunity business case proposals
- Coordinate with Commercialization team to ensure timely and efficient execution of SIR process, follow- ups and ultimate realization of a new product/opportunity launch
- Establish timelines and manage projects to meet key milestones based on Needs & Assets and Product To Market (PTM) calendars
- Facilitate milestone meetings, employing strategies for effective and strategic meeting management
- Maintain comprehensive project tracking to monitor and report project progress
- Escalate when deliverables are off calendar in a timely manner
- Serve as the main point of contact between cross functional S&OP team to address product forecast and planning requirements from sales team, including by not limited to:
- Inventory allocation or other troubleshooting
- Forecast and demand variances
- Keep current account authorizations, SKU rationalization, resets and other operational process regarding current and future product distribution
