- Bachelor’s degree is required; in lieu of degree can substitute relevant education and work experience
- 5 -10 years’ experience in adult learning theory and instructional design (all modalities), or related field is required
- Insurance brokerage industry skills required, preferably in client service or operations
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
- Strong business acumen and consultative skills
- Proven ability to adapt between strategic and hands-on work
- Excellent executive presence, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and build trust with senior stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with preferred excellence in PowerPoint
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
