Do you have a desire to help a life-saving organization improve processes? Do you have experience using a hospital’s Electronic Medical Records? Do you want to work with the Hospital Development team to foster great relationships with hospitals across the state? LifeShare is hiring those who are passionate about organ, eye and tissue donation, organized and detail oriented that can help develop an EMR Program and contribute to saving lives through organ donation.


What we are looking for: 

  • Working knowledge of hospital Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as EPIC, Meditech, Cerner and other independent software technology
  • Medical coding, medical office, hospital secretary/administrative assistant and/or hospital relations experience preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in health-related field, business or IT preferred but not required
  • One-year related job experience in administrative support or data analysis preferred (If you are a Nursing Unit Secretary or a HUC, this would be a great opportunity.)
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required to develop collaborative relationships in hospitals and within LifeShare
